The internet is green and amazing, and I surf it by the nickname elwe. Born on March 13th, twenty-one years old, currently living in Italy and studying Japanese at university.
I guess I'm your average anime and manga lover, who likes to read books and surf the net while not playing with her dog(s) or trying to make her cacti survive the season. I started studying html and css (and later, php too) on my own years ago and it's still a work in progress, as you can see :D

chapter VI; but did you know? they say buried underneath every cherry tree is a corpse. yes.
Well, Seishirou, Seishirou and... Seishirou. That could probably sum it all :D
If you aren't familiar with the character of Seishirou Sakurazuka from Tokyo Babylon and X but does really exist such a person? ò_ò you could be pretty bewildered about this layout and, especially, the quotations used. They're all quotes taken from the two manga series mentioned before; the layout focus on two things: cherry blossoms legends, and the aforementioned Seishiro; in my head these two things are strictly connected (reading CLAMP for years does really change your way of thinking! *laughs*).
As Seichiro explains in Tokyo Babylon,
Underneath the cherry tree is buried a corpse. Why do you think cherry blossoms bloom so beautifully each year? It's because of the corpse. You see, the flowers on cherry trees used to be white. Pure white... like snow. So... why do you think cherry blossoms turned that pale crimson shade? It's because they drink the blood from the corpse underneath the tree.Isn't it romantic? Don't take me wrong, I think it really is, but in a more literary way, not the kind of 'romantic' you use often nowadays. A Japanese legend actually says that an emperor wanted to bury corpses of dead (suicidal) warriors under cherry trees (another one actually tells their soul would reincarnate into beautiful fireflies).
